Michael Malone has a clear vision for the consulting services he provides: to support the vitality and strength
of non-profit arts and community organizations, building on his many successful projects and initiatives over the years.
In January 2009, Michael established Cerulian to fulfill his vision.
Since then, he has assisted numerous contemporary arts, culture and non-profit organizations in their efforts to obtain
needed grant and financial support, while making significant contributions to improving their ability to fulfill mandates.
In 2011/12, Michael helped rebuild corporate sponsorships at TVO, Ontario's public education broadcaster. For the
Sponsorship Marketing Council of Canada's 2009 Sponsorship Awards, Michael was a member of the judging panel.
From 2006 to 2008, at Harbourfront Centre, Michael contracted almost $1 million of new sponsorship funding.
Michael is a graduate of University of Ottawa, BA General Arts; Glendon College, York University,
Hon. BA, English; and Schulich School of Business, MBA, Arts and Media Administration (1995).
He is an accredited member of Arts Consultants of Canada; and a valued volunteer as a member
of the ACCA Board of Directors, Chair of the ACCA Marketing & Communications committee
and for the Toronto Blues Society, as Treasurer.
